LEOcrowdfunding is a Property Fundraising platform aiming to offer resources and education to Property Developers and Fundraisers seeking to raise funds for their property projects.

Crowdfunding is a method of funding a project, product or business, by pooling the money of individuals (the crowd) to raise the funding required by the Fundraiser. Typically, a group of investors pull together (despite not actually knowing each other) and make individual contributions of various sizes to provide the overall capital necessary to fund the project, product or business. Crowdfunding allows companies that don't fit the normal pattern required by conventional funding methods, to attract cash and get their project off the ground. There are a number of types of crowdfunding but the four main categories are: Reward based crowdfunding (where you receive a 'reward' for backing a product or project) Donation based crowdfunding (where you support a worthy cause or need) Loan crowdfunding (often referred to as peer-to-peer loans or debt crowdfunding) Equity crowdfunding (into projects or businesses) Want to know more? Please provide as much information as possible using the drop down options, form fill boxes and by attaching any relevant documents. The form will then be sent directly to LEOcrowdfunding where they will assess the information provided and contact you about the next steps.

For fundraising, fees will be charged when you have signed a fundraiser agreement to commence the raise process. For more information on this, please contact Support@LEOcrowdfunding.com For the members area on the platform, there will be a small monthly charge to have access to ongoing education, latest industry news and ability to have a more direct relationship with members of the LEOcrowdfunding team.
