Who are we?
PropFundrs is a trading name for Pivot 23 Ltd. Pivot 23 Ltd is a registered company in England and Wales (company no. 15281956). Our address is 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, LONDON, W1B 3HH. Pivot 23 Ltd operate the Website and we are the data controller for the purposes of the Act and the Regulation.

Your data will be processed by staff who work in the UK. We have implemented appropriate security measures to prevent accidental loss, unauthorised access, or any alteration or disclosure of your personal data. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Your data will also be stored within Click Up, as part of our process management software and Brevo, as our CRM/mailout provider.

any relevant Crowdfunding Marketplace Company – in connection with your application for funding;

our CRM, mailout and Process Management software, Brevo & Click Up - in order for us to effectively monitor applications, interact with our database and monitor website use;

our affiliate companies/partners - to inform them which registered members from their database have registered via the affiliate link/landing page.
In addition to the transfers outlined above, we may transfer or disclose your personal data to:

any prospective buyer of any part of the relevant business or assets in connection with the sale (in which case, any personal data held by us about you and our Account Holders could potentially be one of the transferred assets);
