David Johnstone
Chief Vision Officer & Founder
Our team at PropFundrs is ably led by David, a property professional with over 23 years track record in the industry. With a background in advertising and marketing, David has experience in BTL's. overseas holiday homes, marketing UK stock in Asia and high end portfolio building.

Over the past five years, he was an FCA approved person running an equity property crowdfunding platform which brought developers and investors together.
David, as a 'person of influence' in this space has featured on podcasts, broadcasts, and guest presented at various seminars and live events.

Todd Walker
Marketing Manager
Todd has a brain that doesn’t stop and is driven by the desire to make a difference and create something things truly adds value to people’s lives.
A Gaming Youtuber at 12, business owner at 16, a property investor at 21 & is working to build his brand Villator into a large umbrella for media, Property, philanthropy and finance.

Todd brings his considerable skills and energy to a part time role at PropFundrs overseeing the marketing and social media for the company.

Brenda Johnstone
Community Manager
Brenda brings a unique skill set to the PropFundrs' team. With her background in, and knowledge of, housing management, IT and property investment, she is able to work alongside our Fundraisers by running the community and preparing their projects for funding.
Her expertise in compliance and regulation ensures that transactions are conducted in the correct manner and her technical abilities allow for streamlining of processes and business functions, to make the onboarding process smoother.

With an eye for design, Brenda can also contribute a creative dimension.

Iain Cartmill, is a qualified CFA and ex hedge fund manager. He is a professional property investor and has development experience across many markets.
Lars Singleton from Empowered Estates is regarded as one of the leading SSAS pension experts in the UK. He runs multiple businesses and has a community of property developers.
